We've been around a while, but not as Indigo. Chef Todd has held Executive Chef positions at some really high-end establishments (more on that under Chef Todd), and has owned two very successful restaurants right here in Atlanta. Both were sold some time ago, which allowed us to move to Historic Roswell, where we've always wanted to do our Indigo thing. That thing has become quite the, ah, well, thing among food and wine lovers. And, cocktail lovers. And did we say food lovers?
