Okay, we're going to temper this part a little because nobody likes a chef with a big head. Still, this guy is quite the package. A gradu- ate of the legendary School of Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University, Chef Todd is the recipient of the prestigious DiRoNA award, member and guest chef of the James Beard Foundation in New York, owner and chef of Atlanta's premier catering companies Home Appétit, Foods to Suit and Forever in a Day. He's also held Executive Chef positions in fine dining establishments throughout the Southeast and is a hot-shot on television's Food Network channel. Indigo is Chef's crowning achievement.
